The range is calculated on this device. WNC Built does not receive these selections unless you choose to share them.

How the range is built

The model uses dated local planning bands for kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovation, basement finishing, standardized wood and composite decks and finished additions. Square footage is used only for whole-home and addition scopes.

What the range leaves out

Final drawings, selection schedules, engineering, permit requirements, hidden conditions, unusual site work, escalation after July 2026 and a contractor’s current trade pricing can move the number.

Challenging access is shown as a separate planning note. The tool does not hide an automatic percentage inside the main range.
